By creating an account or using Kyrion you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Kyrion. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Daniel Rohac, operating as Kyrion, registered in the Czech Republic.
Kyrion is an AI request routing platform that accepts OpenAI-compatible API requests and forwards them to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, etc.) using API keys you supply. Kyrion selects the optimal provider and model automatically based on request complexity, cost, and availability.
Kyrion is a pass-through proxy. We do not generate AI content — we route your requests to providers you have contracted with directly. Each provider’s terms govern the underlying model outputs.
You must not use Kyrion to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
You supply your own API keys for connected providers. You are solely responsible for any charges, rate limits, or terms violations incurred with those providers. Kyrion acts as your agent in forwarding requests — it does not guarantee provider availability, response quality, or compliance with your use case.
Your provider keys are encrypted at rest. You may delete them at any time from the dashboard. Upon account deletion, all keys are permanently erased within 7 days.
Kyrion and its software, brand, and documentation are owned by Daniel Rohac and protected by copyright law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any IP to you.
AI-generated outputs produced via Kyrion belong to you, subject to each upstream provider’s output ownership policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, Kyrion’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Kyrion is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profit or revenue; AI provider outages or errors; decisions made based on AI outputs; or data loss caused by force majeure events.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the outputs of any AI model.
These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts competent for the registered address of the operator in the Czech Republic, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Kyrion after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
